What floats your boat?

This first week has been great, the girls are so happy to be back at work, our clients are happy to come in and see us and we are so proud of the brows and lashes they are sporting when they leave the salon.

Today I had a really interesting conversation with one of our clients, she told me how she feels so comfortable at Lash Affair, and it's something I really appreciate hearing. She talked about other salon options and how she feels some are very "snooty" like the place where the pretty mean girls end up from high school. I enjoy the fact that we not only will always have you leaving with great lashes and brows but we will always be there for our clients, we have great conversations and are genuinely interested in all of you and love when you update us on what is going on in your lives, our aim is to make our salon as comfortable and welcoming as possible, it may not be everyone's style but it's ours.
